Revenge

She who weeps in shadow,
Shall know no pain or sorrow,
But revenge so sweet and clear,
Grows as an evergreen, tall and firm.

Her soul breaks for the loss,
Its passion diminished, anger replaced.
Tears flow and the heart is lost,
Yet she stands for all to see.

She who stands smiles,
Knowing the end is near,
Her beloved is gone,
And so will be his destruction.
